OCZ liquid-cooled memory

Memory specialists OCZ have announced the development of a new memory module, the PC2-9200 FlexXLC. Consisting of two 1GB DDR2 strips, the 9200 is distinguished by alternate cooling methods. The first is through air fins and an eight-layer PCB, which transfers heat passively and reduces crosstalk. The second is through liquid cooling, which can be injected over the memory through pre-installed copper tubes. OCZ claims that theirs is the only memory module to come stock with such technology. Each module is covered by a lifetime warranty. Pricing for the 9200 is undisclosed, but it should be selling online by the end of the week.
