Frequent BitTorrent downloads can rapidly fill up a hard drive; one answer may be the NAS-01G750 by Planex, a network storage server that supports up to 750GB, either shipped preconfigured or customized by the user with 3.5-inch SATA drives. The stock drives are Seagate Barracuda 7200s, while further storage can be added through the two USB 2.0 ports. The most important feature however may be the server's preloaded BitTorrent client, which means that it can continue to download torrents at night, without a host computer consuming power. The NAS-01G750 is now on sale in Japan for 82,000 yen ($675). English firmware must be specified. [via Impress Watch]
