Dell Linux PCs by May?

While it was recently announced that Dell would be pre-installing Linux on certain computers, no timeline was set, nor did the company say which version of the OS would be installed; sources tell DesktopLinux, however, that the first computers may arrive by the end of the month, and that specific versions of Linux are under consideration. These include Fedora, Red Hat, Novell/SUSE, openSUSE and Ubuntu. Ubuntu is considered the strongest contender, for the simple reason that Michael Dell himself uses the OS, and it is one of the most user-friendly iterations.
