Samsung today hoped to solve multiple accessory riddles for its K3 music player with its unique DS200. The case both keeps the thin device safe while also adding an external 800mW speaker, bringing the K3 closer in spirit to the earlier K5. Samsung offsets the added power draw by including an extra battery.
The three-in-one case should be available shortly in Korea for an unknown price. A release for other areas is anticipated and should include the US, where the K3 went on sale last month.
