Ebcases iPhone Cases
Not willing to wait until the official release, Ebcases today unveiled a pair of cases that it promises will fit the upcoming iPhone. The pictured eNOVO flip case uses a novel magnetic latch to keep the lid firmly in place and protect the screen. Owners can holster the phone through a belt clip and will also sync through the Dock Connector without removing the Apple handset from its protection.
In turn, the eCopilot pouch is tested with the iPhone's dimensions and can also support other high-profile phones such as the Motorola Q or Samsung BlackJack. A multipurpose design, the case can either be worn through a belt clip or carried with a bundled handstrap.
Both cases are made out of semi-rigid Napa leather. Colors vary by model: the pouch is available only in a single rouge shade, while the flip case can be ordered in a conservative black or brown as well as blue, green, pink, or red. The eCopilot and eNOVO ship in just over two weeks from Ebcases at normal prices of $37 and $60 respectively, though each are currently offered for as little as $27 and $40 each. This case is BS, whoever designed it did not take in consideration a plethora of things. I'll give it 4 stars for looks and 1/2 stars for functionality.

What in the world are you talking about? "Does not take into consideration a plethora of things"? Like what things?
Wouldn't the easy and smart way to go be to ask who'd be stupid enough to buy a case for a phone they don't own, let alone haven't used or even seen, and whose design hasn't been made official?
Then again, I read with humor all these people who bought a Garmin GPS because they 'promised' mac support.
Maybe I should come out with some Powerbook G5 laptop bags and begin selling them. I'm sure they'll work perfectly when the laptop's released.

another thing having a magnetic closure right at the point of the audio-in mic is a bad thing_ Over time this will degrade the ability of the mic to perform by desensitizing it_
ALSO - Where'd you get your Powerbook G5 ? I was hopeing they ended up actually making one_ How much was it ?
Trust me Testudo - there are a lot of people out there that will gladly buy something without thinking about what it is they are spending their money on_
