Fujitsu laptop preview
At a press event in Singapore, Fujitsu has previewed two upcoming laptops, both in its eponymous LifeBook series. The T2010 (pictured) measures in at 12.1 inches, and is said to have one of the brightest displays of any convertible tablet. It is based on Intel's new Santa Rosa platform, and should have features like Bluetooth and a fingerprint sensor, but no webcam. Shipment is expected in August.
Also coming that month should be the N6460. By contrast to its sibling, it is essentially a desktop replacement system, having a 17-inch screen, a full-sized QWERTY keyboard, and a dedicated ATI-brand video card. It will further come with a Blu-Ray drive, and have an abnormal amount of hard drive space -- for a maximum of 500GB split between two disks. No prices have been announced so far.
