Lexmark today introduced three new wireless all-in-one printers (site not updated) for small office and home office users that combine wireless connectivity with automatic two-sided printing with easy installation. The Lexmark X6570, Lexmark X7550, and Lexmark X4850 allow users to print wirelessly from anywhere within range of hte network, and allow multiple systems to share the same printer to scan, fax, and access media card slots. Each of the new devices supports automatic two-sided printing, a color LCD for simple stand-alone usage, pigmented Lexmark "evercolor2 ink" that is resistant to water as well as smudging, and a simple guided wireless installation. The LexMark X6570 is priced at $150, while the Lexmark X7550 is available for $200. The all-in-one devices are slated for shipment in September.

The all-in-one systems also feature the Lexmark Toolbar to make Web printing more efficient, Photo media card slots as well as a PictBridge port for easy access to photos, borderless printing that the company says can last up to 100 years on Lexmark's "PerfectFinish paper," scan-back proof sheets for quick photo prints, and Lexmark Imaging Studio software to perform various tasks on photos like red eye reduction and cropping.

The company also unveiled a single-function wireless printer alongside two traditional all-in-one printer models. Lexmark's Z1520 wireless color printer is designed for users who want a robust single-function wireless printer, while its X5070 and X5495 color all-in-one devices are aimed at users who don't require wireless printing capabilities.

Lexmark's X6570 wireless all-in-one offers print speeds of up to 28 pages-per-minute (ppm) in black and 24ppm in color, while the company's X7550 offers faster speeds of up to 30ppm in black and 27ppm in color. The Lexmark Z1520 wireless color printer prints at speeds of up to 30ppm in black and 27ppm in color.

The non-wireless color all-in-one Lexmark X5070 printer boasts print speeds up to 24ppm in black and 17ppm in color, while the X5495 color all-in-one prints at speeds up to 25ppm in black and 18ppm in color.
