PhotoVu adds 22-inch photo frame

Following quickly after the release of new supporting software, PhotoVu has launched a new digital photo frame, the PV2265w. The screen measures 22 inches in a 16:10 widescreen format, and has a native resolution of 1680x1050, with up to 16 million colors. Users can load photos through a USB flash drive inserted into a hidden slot, or connect remotely through Wi-Fi. This latter option allows users to control the display from a web browser, and set up slideshows via RSS feeds. Some supported services include Flickr, Picasa, and iPhoto/.Mac.

In terms of decor, users can choose between several different frames based on three categories of moulding, as well as standard matboards or double-matting. The 2265w is shipping now for $1,299; this price can rise based on the choice of framing and optional upgrades such as 802.11g.

Sure, the screen is 22" diagonally, and the pixel depth is 1680x1050, but what's the actual image size as an actual framed picture would be measured, i.e. 11x14, 16x20, etc.? This information is salient to someone shopping for their home, though the tech specs are nice to know as well.

If it's not stated on their website then this info is fairly accurate.

Overall dimensions of this unit are 20 inches H x 26 1/2 inches in width

Inside (viewable) dimensions are 11 & 3/4 inches in Height X 18 & 3/4 Inches in width.

If your wondering were I got my info from i used my thumb to measure . kidding of course... I would bet cash i'm within less then half of an inch of error in any direction
