Creative MuVo T200

In addition to its new ZEN Stone players, Creative this week has also introduced the MuVo T200. It follows in the steps of the ZEN Stone Plus and adds a screen to its T100 predecessor. The color LCD gives listeners a chance to view track information and also enables features that were previously impossible on the earlier device, such as FM radio and voice recording with an integrated microphone.

Like its predecessor, the new MuVo is closely patterned after the original iPod shuffle and plugs in directly through USB without a cable. Steady playback of MP3 and WMA songs is rated at about 9 hours on the internal battery due to the added power of the screen, Creative says. It already ships in the company's Singapore home but should see slight price drops on launch that should have it sell for $60 with a 2GB model and $80 for a 4GB version. Exact ship dates are unavailable.
