Miglia TVMini HD Express

Miglia today catered just to Mac users with the TVMini HD Express. The aluminum USB tuner is designed to be as simple as possible and is small enough to be easily carried along with a notebook. It also focuses solely on US HDTV broadcasts and incorporates an ATSC tuner to catch signals up to 720p or 1080i, including both antenna and unprotected cable feeds. The device ships with The Tube software that helps record shows in MPEG-2 and also permits watching captured shows away from the host using any Mac with a broadband connection.

The HD Express also shares the ability to pause or skip back through on-air TV shows and exports to either H.264 or MPEG-4 to transfer shows into iTunes or other programs. Miglia claims the new TVMini is available now and sells the device for $99.
