Dish "disappointed" about Tivo ruling

Ruling disappoints Dish
In response to the ruling against the Dish Network, the company writes that it is disappointed with the court's rejection for an appeal, but that it will not affect current or future customers. According to the note, EchoStar has already developed and deployed a new version of the DVR software to customers as an automatic download. Dish claims the new software does not infringe on patents held by Tivo Inc.
"All DISH Network customers can continue to use their DVRs without any interruption or changes to the award-winning DVR features and services provided by DISH Network. We intend to appeal the Federal Circuit's ruling to the United States Supreme Court."

I don't understand your confusion. Emusic clearly states 50 free downloads when you sign up and at $.33 or less person. You choose which plan you want. $10.00 gets you 30 songs. Spend more and the price per song gets better. This is not rocket science. That comment might seem rude, but considering Jackwebb's comment, "...Their inability to be straightforward with their cost and how they work..." it fits.
