T-Mo Shadows BBerries Soon

T-Mobile has an aggressive launch schedule that will see it launch multiple high-profile phones by mid-summer, according to a leaked roadmap. Although few details are known about the release, the US carrier reportedly plans to launch both the unannounced BlackBerry Kickstart flip smartphone and the more official Bold by August, significantly upgrading T-Mobile's smartphone lineup within two months. A previous leak has suggested the Bold would appear only by September.

The two-month span may also see the surprise release of not one but two Shadow sequels. Both the Shadow II and a previously unheard-of Shadow III will allegedly appear in the same time window as the other phones, supplying new media-centric Windows Mobile devices.

Other notable phones suggested as part of the leak include the Nokia 6301, a Wi-Fi feature phone for the HotSpot@Home Wi-Fi calling service; the Samsung t229 and t339; and the Motorola ROKR E8. The scoop is described as potentially allowing for some slip and may see one or more phones launch later than August depending on circumstances. [image via BGR]
