Nikon D90 DSLR on Best Buy

The upcoming Nikon D90 digital SLR camera has appeared in another electronics retailer's stock system, all but confirming its price and imminent arrival in stores. The image of a computer screen showing the stock status at a Best Buy store comes as a leak supplied to Engadget from an anonymous source. On Monday, a similar image from competitor Circuit City was also published.

While no official information on the D90 has been released by Nikon, third-party sources have the DSLR sporting a 12-megapixel sensor, the ability to shoot at 4.5fps, GPS with geotagging support capability and feature an HDMI connection.

From the images, the D90 will be priced at nearly $1,300 when bundled with an 18-105mm VR lens, with insider information suggesting Nikon's newest DSLR will start shipping on September 7.
