AT&T stores are beginning to receive the new Motorola Q9h handset, according to BoyGenius. A full QWERTY keyboard is located below the 320x240 screen. The Q9h offers stereo Bluetooth, a 2.0MP camera, and High Speed Downlink Packet Access (HSDPA) for transfer speeds claimed to reach 3.6 Megabits per second. The Q9h is only 11.8 millimeters thick, enclosed in a silver/chrome color case.
Windows Mobile 6.1 offers enhanced features including support for AT&T's video share service and the ability to upload directly to a Windows Live Space. The main interface includes more music and media options. Camera functions have been improved and formatting for TV output is now integrated into the operating system. Files can be browsed in thumbnail mode and collections can be organized into albums to make navigation more efficient. Pricing and availability for the Q9h with Windows Mobile 6.1 were not given.
