Tuesday, August 19thOlens intros ultra-affordable XPJ projector
Ölens Technology on Tuesday announced the release of its affordable projector, the XPJ Personal Entertainment Projector, meant for use in the home and at school for standard-definition applications such as gaming or presentations. The unit is capable of throwing up images up to 70 inches in size and features a resolution of 640x480 pixels. The 270W lamp is based on a proprietary design, and the company ships the projector with a spare.
Connections include a VGA input, composite video and audio inputs and an S-video port. A pair of stereo speakers is built in, and Ölens supplies an RCA audio/video cable along with a remote control. An optional audio output gives users the option of connecting the projector to a home theater surround sound system.
The XPJ Personal Entertainment Projector is now available on Olens' web store, priced at $279.
