Dell Portable Projector
Dell on Wednesday introduced the M109S ultra-portable projector, meant for use with laptops during on-the-go presentations. The product weighs less than a pound and but can still produce a widescreen 858x600 resolution. Maximum projection distance is 8 feet. In exchange, the brightness and contrast are low compared to some larger, more mainstream projectors at 55 lumens and 800:1 respectively. The largest image the small projector can throw up is 60 inches.
Auto keystone correction and vertical adjustment features let users correct the image when the projector cannot be aimed squarely at a wall. Connections are simple, with a component and composite video connection. A quick shutdown mode does not require users to wait for the lamp to cool, and password protection restricts access. The M109S is now available in the US, priced at $499.
At the same time as its projector announcement, Dell has introduced new color options for the Latitude E4300, E6400 and E6500 notebooks that include blue, red and pink on the E4200. The company also introduced new 64GB and 128GB Solid State Drives and a secure 160GB hard disk drive.

Ugly, as i'd only expect from Dell, however this is some serious ugly!
I mean, this is supposed to 'compete' with similar products from TOSHIBA, PANASONIC, NEC and SANYO etc.
Good Luck!

55 Lumens is WAY to dim for a decent projector and the dinky 858x600 resolution isn't worth a c*** either. An come on for a few more dollars you can get a way better projector. $499 is too high for what you're getting. The only thing nice about it is that it doesn't weigh much but with all the other negatives, it isn't worth buying.
