The Motorola RAZR2 V9x handset, which started shipping earlier this month, is now available for purchase on AT&T's website, ahead of any official announcements. Compared to previous RAZRs, the handset features a GPS sensor to take advantage of AT&T's Navigator service, in addition to being slimmer. This includes a 2-megapixel camera with 8x zoom, video playback capabilities and music playback functionality.

AT&T's 3G data network is supported, while integrated memory comprises of 45MB, with a microSD card slot allowing for expansion. Compatible data files include AAC, MIDI, MP3 and WAV. Bluetooth 2.0 is likewise supported for a wire-free connection to compatible headsets, and other phones and devices.

As hypothesized earlier, the website reveals the RAZR2 V9x flip phone will cost nearly $200 on a two-year contract and with a $50 mail-in rebate, or $350 contract-free.
