The device does have a Bluetooth 2.0 connection, allowing for connections to compatible devices. There is just 256MB of built-in storage, though adding an external flash memory card, thumb drive or hard drive is possible via the included mini-USB 2.0 port. A built-in webcam lets users capture videos and still photos. Lesser features and applications include a microphone and speaker, along with a stereo headset jack, calculator, address book and alarm.
GiiNii will also introduce a home version of the model, the Movit Maxx, with similar if not identical specs as the Mini, though with a larger, 7-inch touchscreen.
The Movit Mini is expected to launch in mid-2009, while the Maxx will be ready for consumer consumption by late summer. Prices for either have not been announced.
