AT&T to carry netbooks

A set of images leaked by BGR today indicate wireless provider AT&T will begin carrying the Inspiron Mini 9 and Inspiron Mini 12 netbooks from Dell in its stores. The screen captures of AT&T's inventory system indicate the two netbooks will be shipping to AT&T, though no prices or concrete dates were indicated. It is expected, however, that the netbooks will cost $99 on a two-year contract, or identical to the prices at competitor Verizon.

Verizon has not yet began offering its netbook either, the 10-inch HP Mini, and it is believed Verizon will begin shipping the netbooks sometime in May. Verizon prices the 10-inch HP Mini at $99 on a 2-year agreement with its BroadbandAccess plan.
