Mophie is very much a veteran of iPhone battery packs, having built one for the original when the market was still largely untested. The Juice Pack for iPhone 3G is an opportunity for the company to take a definitive lead, and in many senses it's still one of the best -- but, as quickly becomes clear, it's a conservative approach that leaves room for improvement. good Product with issues

This is a good product with a couple of weird decisions. The item connects with USB mini, which means that your dock part is inaccessible (I cannot use my wireless headphones because I cannot connect the dongle).
Also, the side grips are separate pieces of rubber held in place with rubber cement. After about a month of normal use, they are falling off, revealing these incredibly ugly sticky surfaces.

Dynsight is right. This is a great product and I can't imagine not having it anymore. My phone will always last all day, no matter how much I'm using it.
That said, the build quality is just terrible. After a month of use, the rubber strips fell off and the finish rubbed away, making it look like it was years old. Mophie was really accomodating and immediately replaced it for me but the replacement is the exact same model and, after 2 weeks, the strips are about to go again.
So: fantastic functionality, great customer support, really shoddy finish. I still highly recommend it though.
