LG Banter arrives at Alltel

Alltel is set to release the LG Banter, a slider handset that appears to offer the same features as the Rumor 2 but with slightly reworked cosmetics. The messaging phone offers a QWERTY keyboard, but with an additional fourth row of keys. Other specs include a two-inch screen, 1.3-megapixel camera, microSD card slot and interchangeable face and back plates.
The Banter is already listed on Alltel's website, although pricing has not yet been announced. Customers will receive the same $50 rebate that is available for the Rumor 2 and Scoop.
