Targus introduces its first netbook accessory kit

Netbook kit ships soon

Targus has launched its first netbook accessory kit designed for mobile users. The kit includes the Slipskin Peel Mini-Netbook Case, the Ultra Mini Retractable Optical Mouse and the Targus Ultra-Mini USB 2.0 4-Port Hub. The Slipskin Peel Case provides a neoprene skin that shields a netbook from scratches and dust. The case can be used alone or inside of another bag.

The retractable mouse is miniaturized to work well in confined spaces. An optical sensor provides precise mouse movements on multiple surfaces, and the retractable USB cable can be adjusted to differing lengths. The Ultra Mini USB 2.0 4-port hub connects four devices at a transfer rate of 480 Mbps, without the need for an AC adapter.

The case comes with a lifetime warranty and the mouse and hub each carry a one-year warranty. The kit will ship soon for $40.
