The Beatles: Rock Band to get limited edition bundle

The upcoming The Beatles: Rock Band game that was confirmed back in October will be offered as part of a Limited Edition Premium Bundle and will also include a Höfner Bass controller, Ludwig-branded Rock Band drums with classic pearl finish, a metal kick pedal and a vintage replica drumhead. The bundle will also include a microphone with stand and other unspecified "additional special content," as per an e-mail from GameStop.
No ship dates are known for the $250 limited edition bundle, but it is likely to ship on the same September 9th launch date as the standard The Beatles: Rock Band game for Sony's PS3, Microsoft's Xbox 360 and Nintendo's Wii gaming systems, with prices for all three versions set at the same $60. While existing instrument controllers will be compatible with the game, special Beatles-inspired controllers may be made available separately from those included in the limited edition. [via Kotaku]
