China's Cube is readying to release the H100 personal media player, which has a 5-inch, 800x480 display like the Cube52 model it replaces. Unlike the older model, though, the new PMP has a newfound 1080i resolution TV output capability, in addition to the 720p output shared with the Cube52. Supported video files include RMVB, RM, AVI, FLV, DAT and MPEG.

The device will also function as an e-book reader and has a built-in FM radio tuner. Like its predecessor, it is also likely to be capable of playing back most popular digital audio files, and there are a few simple Flash-based games pre-loaded onto the device.

There is no indication of pricing information or release dates in Cube's home market of China, and release information for other markets is likewise unknown. [via Akihabara]
