Morrison to be T-Mobile's first Moto Android phone?

Motorola's first wave of Android phones this year could include a late entry for T-Mobile, a roadmap leak shows. Further expanding on previous details of the schedule, TmoToday now says a device codenamed "Morrison" is due sometime between early November and the end of the year. No details are given about the phone itself, though a small graphic implies it will have a horizontal slide-out QWERTY keyboard and a touchscreen.

The device shows some similarities to the Calgary, an in-development Motorola phone for Verizon. If so, it potentially represents a GSM version of the same device.

Adding a Motorola device would cement T-Mobile's role as one of the largest backers of Android in the US, with at least two HTC devices and the Samsung i7500 all on sale at various points in 2009.
