Samsung T349 at T-Mobile

As promised, Samsung's t349 candybar handset is now available at wireless provider T-Mobile. The handset has a partial, 20-key QWERTY SureType keyboard and is otherwise fairly basic in its specifications. It sports a 1.3-megapixel camera with 4x digital zoom and support for AIM, Windows Live Messenger and Yahoo instant messaging programs.

Otherwise, there is Bluetooth support, an e-mail client and compatibility with T-Mobile's myFaves and Web2Go services. New subscribers will be able to pick up the T349 from T-Mobile for just shy of $15 on a two-year contract and after instant savings and a $50 mail-in rebate. [via MobileCrunch]
