Zune Mobile job posting

A Microsoft job listing indicates the company is working on a "Zune Mobile" project, according to Ars Technica. The Windows Mobile Phone Entertainment team is looking for a software engineer to develop the user interface for the next generation Windows phone. The company is reportedly working on a "Pink" project that integrates a number of Zune features into the Windows Mobile platform.

"Responsibilities will include (but are not limited to) developing features for the phone that drive the joy and fun of using the device," the job posting reads. "Everything from Zune Mobile experiences to killer photo capture and sharing experiences to winning application marketplaces showcasing both applications and casual games."

A recent report outlined several specifications for the Pink platform. The device, known as Windows Mobile 7 Chassis 1, would integrate an 800x480 or larger touchscreen, multi-touch support, an accelerometer, electronic compass, digital camera and assisted GPS.

Microsoft posted a teaser via Twitter that points to an iPhone competitor for release sometime in June. "Hold off from buying an iPhone/Pre," the author said, although further details were not provided.

    Huh?

What the h*** is a car chair?

And how would this be ending a career? One would think getting paid to perform work would be something to hope for in this economy.

BTW, you all missed the best point. The MS Twitter page (again, who the h*** subscribes to a company's, any company's, twitter page? Is there anyone out there actually desparate to find out what's going on with a company every minute of the day???) telling people to hold off buying that iPhone/Pre!

Well, if a twitter page says to hold off, we just gots to hold off!
