T-Mo Aus 32GB iPhone Tease
T-Mobile Austria may have inadvertently spoiled Apple's plans on Friday by posting a teaser (since pulled) product listing for a 32GB iPhone. The placeholder had contained no details but appeared in the "coming soon" section, alluding to an upcoming release. The carrier's Austrian division has been the source of previous leaks of plans and other information ahead of their actual introductions.
A 32GB iPhone has been widely expected from Apple given its history of doubling capacity every year but is also technically feasible with the existence of single-package 32GB flash that would fit into the iPhone's limited space. Apple is under pressure both to provide extra storage for third-party apps and possible video editing features but also to compete against high-end phones like the Nokia N97, which should be one of the first phones to have 32GB of internal storage. 32 GB of memory is
probably the only rumor that makes any sense since each year memory on the iPhone has doubled. Nothing unusual about this.
