T-Mobile ad confirms rumor
A print ad from wireless provider T-Mobile seems to confirm last week's report based on a leaked roadmap of upcoming releases from T-Mobile. Specifically, the ad shows two new smartphones due for a summer release, the Touch Pro2 and Dash 3G, also known as the HTC Snap. The Dash 3G is expected to come to T-Mobile on July 1st, while the Touch Pro2 is apparently coming on July 22nd.
The Touch Pro2 will sport a 3.6-inch, 480x800 resolution touchscreen and a 3.2-megapixel camera, along with GPS functionality, a Windows Mobile 6.1 operating system and an improved HTC TouchFLO interface.
Some basic specs of the entry-level Dash 3G smartphone include a QWERTY keyboard, 2.4-inch, 320x240 display, Wi-Fi, GPS, 2-megapixel camera and Bluetooth 2.0. Processing power comes from a 528MHz Qualcomm processor, while users interface via Windows Mobile 6.1.
Prices for the handsets are still unknown. [via TMoNews]
