Samsung Bigfoot leak
A leaked image allegedly shows a yet-unannounced Samsung handset, the Bigfoot, that is set for release sometime this summer, according to the Boy Genius Report. The source claims the device features a 3-megapixel camera and a 3-inch capacitive AMOLED touchscreen display. The handset also appears to integrate a slide-out full QWERTY keyboard and a navigation button below the display.
The Bigfoot appears similar to Samsung's Glyde handset available on Verizon, but with a refined form-factor and improvements to the camera and touochscreen. Although full specifications remain unknown, the device could be designed to bridge the feature gap with the iPhone.
If tipster is correct, the Bigfoot will support UMTS/HSDPA and arrive on T-Mobile's network "very soon."
