First seen at CES in January, the Eee PC T91 convertible netbook will be available for purchase in the US this week, according to a EeeUser.com forum member. While prices are still unavailable, the specs are. The T91 will use an 8.9-inch LED-backlit, resistive touch panel display that is mounted on a reverse and flipping hinge and offers 1024x600 resolution. Processing power comes from a 1.33GHz Intel Atom CPU and there is 1GB of RAM standard, with 2GB optional.

The 16GB solid state drive is preloaded with Windows XP Home, and ASUS ships the T91 with a 16GB SD memory card. The company also offers 20GB of online storage free of charge for 18 months. There is Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and a 0.3-megapixel camera. The lithium-polymer battery is said to offer 5.4 hours of life.
