Comcast iPhone app shares contacts, voicemail, more

Comcast mobile app ships
Comcast Cable Communications has released an application enabling users to access their Comcast services such as Digital Voice, Digital Cable, and high-speed Internet from their iPhone or iPod touch. Users can sync their iPhone contacts with their Comcast Universal Address Book and utilize Digital Voice features to view who has called their home, listen to voice mail messages or forward calls from home to the iPhone. The application also includes SmartZone inbox features including a combined email and voice mail inbox, sorting and searching features, and voice mail forwarding.
The Comcast mobile application also allows users to browse Comcast TV programming in both portrait and landscape view, browse program details, set reminders, and share shows and showtimes with other Comcast subscribers. Users can additionally watch movie trailers using Comcast On Demand.
The Comcast mobile application requires iPhone OS 2.1 or later and is available from the App Store for free.

This app will probably not work on sporadic occasions, for which they'll say there's nothing wrong, it must be an iPhone issue. And they'll raise the price three times over the next 6 months.
