Novero TheFirstOne headset

Novero has recently unveiled its first and only consumer product, the aptly called TheFirstOne Bluetooth headset. It sports dual microphones, with noise-canceling and one-touch controls for placing calls or adding a third person into a conference call. Novero claims its Bluetooth headset has the best background noise filtering DSP technology of any device in its class. The device automatically pairs with Bluetooth phones that are discoverable and within range, while battery life is rated at 4.5 hours of talk time or 100 hours of standby.

TheFirstOne is now available, priced at $149. The price includes a desk stand, charging cradle for in-car use, as well as a necklace and wearable clip for carrying around on one's person. This is slightly higher than competing products from Plantronics in the form of the Voyager Pro as well as the Aliph Jawbone Prime. [via GearLog]
