Razer to intro peripherals

PC gaming peripherals maker Razer on Tuesday announced it will soon reveal some new, high-end controllers for Blizzard's StarCraft II strategy game, with some placeholders already on its site for upcoming peripherals that include a mouse, keyboard and headset. The hardware maker promises the devices will be tournament-grade, though no other specific information was revealed.

A special messenger bag with a StarCraft II theme will be shown at the BlizzCon show scheduled for August 21-22 in California, and it is expected that some more information regarding the peripherals will also be revealed at the convention.

StarCraft II is due for a release at an unspecified date in 2010, so it is likely the peripherals will not see the light of day until then as well.
