Medion multimedia AIO PC

MID and netbook maker Medion on Friday revealed its Touch X9613 all-in-one PC, the company's first. Billed as a home entertainment PC, the X9613's 24-inch touchscreen display supports multitouch inputs and sports 1920x1080 resolution. The PC will ship with NVIDIA's GeForce GT240M graphics card with 1GB of dedicated memory. Processing is handled by Intel's 2GHz Core 2 Quad CPU, and there is 4GB of RAM onboard.

Windows 7 Home Premium will be preloaded onto the 1TB hard drive, indicating an October release date for the all-in-one system. A Blu-ray player and DVD burner are both built into the Touch X9613. An HDMI input and output is accounted for, as is a VGA input. For audio, an optical output connection and line-out port offer several connection options. Three USB ports, an ExpressCard slot and a multi-card reader are all integrated as well.

Users can connect to networks either over a wired gigabit Ethernet port or the Wi-Fi connection, and there is support for the Bluetooth 2.1 profile. A 2-megapixel camera with a microphone is part of the specs as well.

The PC will not be cheap, however, as prices start at the equivalent of $2,150 and top out at $2,730. [via NewGadgets]
