Lexmark all in one inkjets
Lexmark on Tuesday introduced eight new all-in-one inkjet printers geared for small- to medium-size business. The Platinum Pro905 features a 4.3-inch touchscreen and a customizable interface for quicker access to frequent tasks. Users can also view web content from the display, such as news, weather, or photo sharing sites.
The Pro905 also features 802.11n connectivity, a 300-sheet feeder and automatic two-side printing. Printing speeds are claimed to reach 33 ppm in black or 30 ppm in color, with color resolutions up to 4800x1200 dpi.
The Prestige Pro805 offers many of the same specs as the Pro905 model, but with a maximum paper capacity of 150 sheets. The Prevail705 model carries the same scanning and printing capabilities of the Pro805, although it omits the 4.3-inch touchscreen.
The Prospect Pro205 features Vizix ink technology designed for high quality text and pictures, while a 2.4-inch LCD can be used to preview photos before printing. The Interact S605 represents Lexmark's most affordable inkjet with the web-connected, 4.3-inch touchscreen. The Intuition S505 and Impact S305 are the company's most affordable three-in-one inkjets in the new series, while the Interpret S405 adds the ability to send faxes.
The Pro905 and Pro805 carry respective prices of $400 and $300, while the Pro 705 and S605 are both available for $200. The Pro205 can be purchased for $170, while the S505 carries a price of $150. The S405 and S305 are available for $130 and $100, respectively.
