Envy 15 Beats touts headphones, Traktor
HP this afternoon provided fuller details of its special-run Envy 15 Beats (link active soon) notebook. It expands on the reference version by bundling a pair of Beats over-ear headphones as well as bundling Traktor LE for live DJing. Cosmetically, the model comes in the same glossy black and red as most Beats earphones.
Exact hardware inside the Beats edition isn't detailed, but HP promises a Core i7 and likely preserves the Mobility Radeon HD 4830 graphics as well as other stock elements of the regular, silver notebook. HP ships the upgraded Envy the same day as Windows 7 becomes available, October 22nd, with a $2,299 price point.
