T-Mobile Project Dark plans leaked?

Details of T-Mobile's Project Dark smartphone plan pricing scheme have been revealed, thanks to leaked documents on TMoNews. This includes an individual $80 per month plan that gives users 500 anytime minutes as well as unlimited data and text messaging, which compares favorably to AT&T's $70 plan that includes 450 minutes and unlimited data but no text messaging. The pricing includes individual plans that carry no associated two-year contracts, as well as family plans with two lines and a two-year commitment.

Those who buy a smartphone from T-Mobile over four installments can get an $80 per month plan that includes unlimited talk time, web and texting. Those who opt for a similar plan on their existing device will get 500 minutes of talk time, along with unlimited data and text. This does not require a contract with T-Mobile. More expensive plans are available to bump up talk time, all the way up to an unlimited minutes option.

Other packages are visible on the leaked documents, but standouts include an unlimited talk plan on its own for $50, or a 1,000 minute talk and unlimited text for the same price. Family plans with two-year commitments include unlimited talk and text for $120 per month, or 1,500 minutes and unlimited texting for $100, or just unlimited minutes for $100, among others.

Also included in all the plans are unlimited night and weekend minutes, as well as nationwide T-Mobile to T-Mobile calling. The offerings are expected to go live on October 25th.

    But

I'm wondering when wireless carriers are going to sell data only and not charge your first born child to access it.
