HTC Droid Eris images leak, specs confirmed

Press images of the upcoming HTC Droid Eris handset have been leaked on Thursday, revealing the final look of the device as well as confirming some of its specs. Also confirmed is the date of when it should hit store shelves, scheduled for November 6th, or around the same time as Motorola's Droid.

The photos show that the device will have Wi-Fi functionality and sport a 5-megapixel camera with autofocus, though there will be no built-in flash as the feature is reserved for Android 2.0 phones. Another, earlier leak had the Droid Eris priced at $99 after a rebate and with a conract. [via PhoneArena]
