Package provides remote control, wireless streams

An FCC filing has uncovered an unannounced FlipShare TV product that apparently serves as an accessory package for Cisco's Flip video recording devices. The system provides a USB dongle that communicates with a larger FlipShare TV box attached to a television. The TV box provides an HDMI output and standard RCA connections.

The package also includes a remote control that matches the general appearance of the controls on a Flip recorder. A user could presumably use a television and the remote to access previously-recorded video stored on a computer, without burning it to a DVD or attaching the computer directly to the display.

Pricing and launch information remain unknown, as Flip has yet to formally announce the TV package. [via Zatz Not Funny!]
