Best Buy Black Friday deals now official
Best Buy has posted its Black Friday specials online, confirming many of the prices and deals that were seen in a leaked flyer as well as some new doorbuster deals. The new deals include a Palm Pre handset priced at $80, matching a recent sale price at Amazon, as well as a 15.6-inch HP G60 notebook powered by a 2.2GHz Intel Celeron processor priced at $197. Unlike the other deals, the HP notebook is only available in store. The remaining deals are available online, starting on Thursday.
As noted in the leak, there is a 46-inch Samsung HDTV for sale, with 1080p panel and 120Hz refresh speed, representing $700 in savings. There is also an LED-backlit 46-inch Samsung HDTV priced at $1,600, or $1,000 cheaper than without the sale. A Dynex 32-inch HDTV will cost $300 during the sale. Gamers can pick up a 120GB slim PlayStation 3 bundled with LittleBigPlanet and Ratchet & Clank: A Crack in Time for the same $300 as the stand-alone system normally costs by itself.
Best Buy will also offer a 10-megapixel digital camera from Insignia for $50, or half off. Another half-priced item is the Garmin nuvi 205W portable GPS, which will cost $100. Two other hardware deals include a pair of Sony notebooks, with the $400, 15.5-inch Sony VAIO NW powered by an Intel Celeron CPU and a second Sony notebook bundled with headphones, a built-in Blu-ray drive and The Taking of Pelham 123 on Blu-ray for $480.
LG's Chocolate Touch handset will be free when paired with a new two-year Verizon contract.
Best Buy stores will open at 5AM on Friday, with staff handing out one ticket each for those in line for each of the sale products in the flyer and online.
