Dell Android tablet may debut

Dell's Streak tablet could appear as early as CES, a leak maintains today. While it was already expected early in the year, the 5-inch Android device could find its public debut at the early January trade show and should have an international release that includes the UK in addition to the US.

A spokesman talking to Pocket-lint declined to specifically comment on the scoop but did admit that Dell is always working on products that "extend the mobile experience."

The device leaked earlier is expected to have multi-touch input and is very likely to run Android 2.0 as a result. It's likely to be positioned as a multi-function device as it will have a 5-megapixel camera for photos and 3G that may let it take calls in addition to mobile data.

    Streak?

If it's from Dell, wouldn't a more appropriate name be:

    SkidMark
