Newest My Ripple Family PC gets HD video support

Korea's My Ripple plans to release its Ripple Look Family mini PC in its home market before year's end. The multimedia PC is said to be capable of playing back high-definition videos and 3D games, though specs are thin. The processor will be one of Intel's latest dual-core, while files will be stored on a high-capacity hard drive. Intel's integrated GMA X4500 graphics chipset will handle the graphics playback. The company seems to have added more functionality to its existing Ripple Look PC, introduced this past summer.

The PC will have DirectX 10 API support and be capable of playing back MPEG2/4, VC-5 and H.264 high definition videos. It will have a range of input ports, though again it is not specified what type exactly. It is expected that at least a VGA port will be present, and considering its HD playback capabilities, an HDMI port is also likely to be included.

The PC will only be available in red, though a price and a set release date haven't been revealed. [via AVing]
