LG eXpo arrives at AT&T just over a week late
Just over a week after its promised release date, the LG eXpo has shown up on AT&T's website. The phone runs on Windows Mobile 6.5 Professional and uses a 3.2-inch touchscreen with a 480x800 resolution, with users also getting a full QWERTY keyboard for data input. Its centerpiece is a fast 1GHz Snapdragon CPU, but it also gets a Smart Sensor fingerprint sensor for security.
Otherwise, a 5-megapixel camera with flash is onboard, while a microSDHC memory card lets users expand memory by up to 16GB. User can also get navigation information thanks to a built-in GPS sensor.
AT&T prices the eXpo at $200 after a $100 mail-in rebate and a two-year contract, or $450 contract-free. The optional pico projector made by Texas Instruments, which isn't yet offered by AT&T, is expected to cost $180. In Canada, the eXpo is called the IQ and is available through Telus. lg expo is a very nice phone
I just purchased the LG eXpo online so I should have it in the upcoming week. Currently I have the LG Incite, It's a great device, but it's time to move on to something more powerful. I currently have my Dark Wolf 28014 rom loaded on http://www.LG-eXpo.com I'm hoping to cook up some really good roms for this phone. I prefer the 6.5.1 interface with the start menu on the bottom of the screen and would love to port it to this phone.
