HTC myTouch Slide leak reveals some specs

A fresh rumor regarding the upcoming release of the HTC myTouch Slide, which is also known as the Espresso or myTouch2, has surfaced on Wednesday, in the form of a user-agent string. The piece of web code confirms that the handset will have a screen resolution of 320x480, which matches the current myTouch 3G screen's, and the existence of a hardware QWERTY keyboard. The early expectations are that the phone will be out in May, though it may me officially introduced at Mobile World Congress in February.

Another believed spec for the QWERTY slider, which should be a variation of the Hero, is a 528MHz ARM CPU, again a carry-over from the Hero. By the time it ships, it should also include Android 2.1. [via AndroidCentral]
