HTC HD2 to get battery pack add-on with kickstand

HTC HD2 battery pack due from Clove in February
The HTC HD2 smartphone will soon get an accessory that will double its battery life and enable it to stand up in either portrait or a landscape orientation for viewing videos. The HD2 Extended Battery will be offered by UK electronics retailer Clove. Unlike other similar accessories for different handsets, this is not a case, but basically a thicker battery that replaces the standard one and has an integrated flip-out kickstand.
The battery pack is priced at the equivalent of about $73 and should ship sometime in February. When or if the accessory will be offered in North America is unknown. [via WMPowerUser]
