Palm Pre and Pixi Plus include BOGO deal

As anticipated, Verizon today began carrying the Palm Pre Plus and Pixi Plus. The two webOS phones carry their respective $150 and $100 prices on contract but now both qualify for a Buy One Get One deal; purchasing either will give a Pixi for free when it's attached to a current or new account. Both prices come after either a $100 online discount or a mail-in rebate.

We engaged both of Palm's new phones in a hands-on at CES and found that they're both slight but meaningful upgrades to their respective cousins. The Pre Plus provides a speed an storage upgrade that allows for advanced 3D gaming, while the Pixi Plus is also slightly faster and has the advantage of Wi-Fi.
