LG X20 netbook surfaces at FCC

X20 gets Bluetooth, WiFi, onboard broadband


A filing with the FCC reveals a not-yet announced netbook offering from LG, the X20 (PDF). The X20 sports a sleek curved case that measures approximately 6.7in x 11in, judging from photos included with the filing. The netbook uses a 10.1in, 1366x768 display and chiclet-style keys.

Inside, thardware includes the 1.66GHz Atom N450, a 250GB hard drive, up to 2GB of RAM, and a 1.3-megapixel webcam. Wireless features include Bluetooth, 802.11n WiFi, and integrated HSPA 3G broadband.

The user manual (PDF) indicates that the device will run Windows 7. The manual also indicates trackpad gestures will be supported. Several models are visible in the test report, which may correspond to the different regions the device will be sold.
