Nokia hints Booklet sequel or phone

Intel today said it would join Nokia at the latter's press event on Monday to provide news. Neither company has said what the unveiling will involve, though their previously unveiled partnership has resulted in the Booklet 3G netbook and was meant to help create a "new class" of device through new processors and hardware designs.

Since the Booklet's release, Intel has launched its Pine Trail platform for Atom chips and could lend the new hardware to a second-run netbook. Pine Trail mostly provides longer battery life and could give the 12-hour Nokia portable even longer runtime.
