T-Mobile to outline HTC HD2 specs at MWC

US wireless provider T-Mobile is the latest to use Twitter to make a teaser announcement about what it will be showing off at the Mobile World Congress show next week. The company on Friday hinted that it will reveal more about its version of the HD2, claiming that what the public knows so far isn't complete. The Windows Mobile 6.5 smartphone has been shipping to the Europe for months and runs HTC's custom Sense UI, although it doesn't support North American 3G bands.

A previously leaked roadmap indicated the touchscreen-equipped device will be out on March 24th, though it's not known whether this will remain the case by the time T-Mobile makes its news public. Many US carriers reserve localized news for CTIA, which this year is slated for March.
